Terms of using Gofix
- Gofix only accepts online payments for all services and inspections.
- Work orders cannot be cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Gofix does not charge any inspection fees.
- Customers are required to provide a proper and accurate address for the technician to arrive at the right location.
- Gofix will not be responsible for any damages caused by inaccurate or incomplete address provided by customer.
- Customer must ensure that the AC unit and the surrounding area is easily accessible and safe for the technician to work.
- Any additional work outside of the original scope of the service order will be discussed and agreed upon by the customer before being performed.
- Customer must be present during the work, if customer is not present, technician will not be able to perform the work.
- Any damages caused by customer, to the property or the AC unit, will be at customer’s expense.
- In case of any dispute, Gofix’s decision will be final and binding.
